can these barriers be breeched without   societal convulsions ?

can progressive   reformations
preemptive or post facto
allow or restore
 the  self reproduction of this
                          corporate based   market mediated capitalist production system  ?

have one or a few nation states in their present  instiututional configuration
 already hit all these national barriers  to further progressive  reformation ?

the owl is flying on the one  great 20th century
