progressive change will only happen
if efforts by the state to enforce the bad law provoke even more lawlessness
and this goes triple for laws and rulings
that create or protect the key "E- class " instruments
exploiting
" the socially productive classes"
progressive reform of a class dictatorship can only come
if the alternative to reform
is the break down of law abidence on a massive scale
that is
on a scale so pervasive
persistent and diverse
the flow of sharp outlaw events
rises well beyond
the state's security system's capacity
to "put down" the lawlessness
and "put away " its core outlaw elements
