 a people's state offereing lower costs and reliable support
  will get treated just like emerging  nation state defaulters
which  are rarely punished after a default
 by the big global creditors at least as effectively
 as you might imagine they will be
there are always hungry cross boder multi location production  corporations
willing to break any unofficial credit and transactional quarentine

the people's state
  oughta use whatever contradictions they can
  inherent in planet's  myopic trans border corporate profiteering system

its the faster track to modernization of the production base
