as a complusory fee for involuntary membership or
unsolicited choiceless services rendered
since when should union dues
be a tax not a donation ??
the funding of organizing and negotiating operations
is inadequate even with present union shop arangements
and yet even so dues payments remain problematic
as the sufficient source for union growth back to the magic 1/3 level of the glory days of the galloping cio
