Gross analogy hour : the rule of law and the rule of markets

Bourgeois equality has an upper bound of course
All ideologies are limited by their historical context

But both these " goals " will receive added impetus by further socialization of production

Laws bourgeois conceived are blind  to singularities
To differences between the individuals confronting each other
Before the bar

There is a priori equality without distinctions

Similarly the buyer and seller on a market
Look only to the product not its producer or it's consumer
