exit is no solution..stand and prepare to fight !

if  your job site sucks ..our system suggests you quit... leave ..exit

that's not gonna change much ! not even your own "career" path

most jobs are in corporate for profit  outfits
and they operate  within a certain band of practices dictated by "competition"
with each other AND the mission to maximize profits
ie maximize the value added per employee whilst controling the cost per employee
ie maximize "exploitation"

the up shot
quit and you may make an incremental improvement by getting hired
into a better "job site enivronment and task set " ..maybe ..and maybe u get a new caste of characters playing  in the same ole soap opera as last job site or the job site b4 that one

couple additional points

the system rations jobs ie there are never enough to go around

corporate hiring agents like to see promotions and transfers
not inter corporate jumps especially if they look like horizontal moves ...or less

u gotta answer the why question ?

okay that 's the look of the exit strategy
its socially progressive from the job class pov
to exit
because exits over time are   supposed to filter out corporations
that play too nasty
 ie implicit thesis:

nasty outfits lose good workers and over time that  lowers
corporate  productivity   ie value added per employee
yes lwer wages can counter this but that too lowers productivity
now you got nasty conditions and sub par wage rates
the conculsion
    nasty  firms make less money

errrr ...over the long haul.... ummh.....  on "average "

so what 's better

stand and fight ..fight the nasty

organize the job site job force to demand "changes "

ya this is for a certain type at a certain stage in the life cycle
so maybe its just 10% that can be active
but others can stand in place
stay to follow into  the fight ...

we all can hold our ground and prepare to go on the offensive
when the time is right
